6/15/2020: Hazardous Waste Collection will resume 6/20 8-12PM 

Mount Laurel Residents received estimated tax bills in the mail.  These bills are due August 1, 2020.  The State of New Jersey encouraged towns to do estimated bills with the delay of the certification of the tax rate due to COVID 19.  Mount Laurel Township has a ZERO tax increase for 2020. Any increase in resident’s tax bills are from other agencies such as Burlington County, Mount Laurel School, Mount Laurel Regional School, and Mount Laurel Fire District.
Mount Laurel Township has mailed out the 3rd quarter Estimated 2020 tax bills which will be due August 1st, 2020. There is a 10 day grace period for the 3rd quarter. All paymets recieved after August 10th will recieve interest back to August 1st. 

Mount Laurel Township would like to remind residents to complete their 2020 Census. Please follow the link for more information and why it is important to complete the Census.

Dear Residents,
Due to the change in the Burlington County Recycling services, starting January 1st the recycling yard on Midlantic Avenue will only be open during business hours of Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and the first and third Saturday of the month during hazardous waste collection times of 8 AM to 12 PM. Please check the website as Holidays will affect these dates. The information can be found by visiting and clicking on the Department of Public Works page for the most up to date information.

Project Update 12/9/19 
Union Mill Road paving project from Academy Drive to Laurel Acres Park was supposed to be completed by December 6th. Unfortunately below average temperatures and rain have forced contractors to stop working until there is a 5-7 day window of above 45 degree temperatures which is the necessary component for proper compaction when laying asphalt. The contractors will remove all construction related equipment until temperatures allow for work to continue.
