Each month the Township holds a Hazardous Waste Day to give MOUNT LAUREL RESIDENTS the opportunity to clean out old items that are not permitted to be placed in the regular weekly trash pickup.

On each of the Hazardous Waste Days, the Drop Off Center will be
located near the Municipal Complex at 100 Mount
Laurel Road. The drop off area is the Public Works garage. USE THE MIDLANTIC DRIVE ENTRANCE. The Hours of Operation for
dropping off hazardous material will be between 8:00 am and 12:00 Noon.
Residents will be required to show proof of residency and fill out a form that certifies that the waste material was generated by that household. This is very important so that the Township employees and
the County facility know exactly what they are collecting to avoid injury
or contamination by toxic materials.
