The applications should be returned or mailed to the Municipal Clerk, Room 202, 100 Mount Laurel, New Jersey 08054 or you can drop it off at the Municipal building between 8am and 4pm weekdays.
Library Board of Trustees – a nine member board with seven citizen members who are appointed to staggered five year terms. The Trustees are charged with the long term oversight, management and policy directives of the Library.

Municipal Utilities Authority Board of Trustees – a five member board comprised of all citizen appointees of the Township Council. Members are appointed to staggered five year terms. The MUA Board of Trustees oversees all management and oversight of the township water and sewer infrastructures. This includes long-term policy and planning development, water purchasing and allocation, water and sewer rate determination, infrastructure repair and replacement and system expansion.

Planning Board – a nine member board with six citizen members who are appointed to staggered four year terms. There are also two alternate members appointed to staggered two year terms. The Planning Board is responsible for overseeing development applications for subdivision, site plans and for the preparation of the Township’s Master Plan.

Site Plan Review Advisory Board – a seven member board with two citizen members, two Class IV members of the Planning Board, one full and one alt member of the Zoning Board and a Council Member – are all appointed to one year terms. The Site Plan Review Advisory Board is responsible for reviewing and advising either the Zoning or Planning Board on site plans submitted for review prior to going before the perspective board.

Zoning Board of Adjustment – a seven member board comprised of all citizen appointees of the Township Council. They are appointed to staggered four year terms. There are also two alternate positions appointed to staggered two year terms. The Zoning Board is responsible for development applications that do not conform to the Township Zoning standard as it exists in Chapter 154 of the Municipal Code. The Board has the authority to grant a variance from the strict application of the zoning ordinance.

Green Team Board- A four member board comprised of citizen appointees of the Township Council and five standing members from various Township interest groups. They are appointed to one year term. There are also one alternate positions appointed to one year term. The Green Team Board is responsible for development of policies and procedure recommendations to Council to improve and foster a community that is sustainable economically, environmentally and socially. The Green Team Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month.
