Weather Event: 1/4/2018
Public Works and contractors are out plowing Mount Laurel roads. For a list of roads that are not maintained by the Township you can find them at: http://www.mountlaurel.com/departments/public_works_department/pothole_road_issues/index.php Public safety is the top priority of the Township’s snow and ice policy. We are committed to providing residents and visitors a safe winter travel experience. We will work 24/7 until all roads within the Township are passable. Passable does not mean bare pavement. Passable means that a road can be traveled with caution. Trash will not be picked up today but will resume tomorrow and into Saturday.
Weather Event 1/3/2018
In preparation for the upcoming weather event Public Works will be on site early into the storm to address any unsafe road conditions. Once snow accumulations reach 2 inches, Public Works will begin plowing operations. Keep in mind not all roads in Mount Laurel are maintained by Public Works as some belong to the County and State. To see a list of County and State roads please visit http://www.mountlaurel.com/departments/public_works_department/pothole_road_issues/index.php
We will continue to update the website throughout the Winter Storm.

Press Release: FROM THE MUA
Hartford Road Force Main Replacement Project
Hartford Road Force Main Replacement Update – January 26, 2018
We are pleased to announce that our project is nearing completion; as long as the weather stays fairly mild, we are anticipating the reopening of Hartford Road to be on or about February 9th. Despite the severe hurricanes in the South that caused the delay of the materials necessary to start the project and the severe winter, our contractor was able to stay on the original target date of January 2018. When the road reopens in February all of the paving will be complete, there will be no need to close the road for additional paving in the Spring!
